A Building Program is a list of desired spaces and their functions that form the overall space. By working closely with you, we will help determine what types of spaces are needed, calculate the size and capacity of each space, and plan to include key functional characteristics to each space.

A Master Plan is an overall plan for a building or site where construction is to be completed in phases over time. We work with you to develop the full program for the building and site, then use that information to create conceptual plans, establish priorities, and calculate budgets to create the Master Plan.
