Ryder Trucking Facility Remodel

Busch Architects was brought in to remodel 22,000 sqft of existing office and warehouse space in order to convert it to a repair shop for Ryder System, Inc. The lower space was remodeled to house locker rooms, accessible restrooms, training center, reception, and private offices. Inside the warehouse, the space was configured to accommodate truck repair, washing, and storage. Painting and a new roofing were applied on the exterior to ensure the longevity of the building and improve the visual presence of the facility. All the updates and alterations made to the facility were designed to work within this facility and comply with Ryder’s set standards across all locations. Our firm has been able to successfully update the space and create an organized, functional space for Ryder System staff and customers alike.
