Mill Lacs Band of Ojibwe housing warehouse remodels

In an effort to update their facilities and ensure safe and useful spaces are maintained, the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe sought architectural services to refurbish multiple warehouses. Scope included interior updates with the addition of accessible restrooms, improved tradesman facilities, organized storage and equipment testing facilities, and mechanical & lighting replacement. The addition of community Training Facilities has been included to provide spaces for education with the goal of teaching basic home maintenance and repair skills. Exterior improvements include all new paving, accessibility compliance, overhead door replacement, envelope repairs, and security enhancements. With longevity in mind, the Band has been able to revitalize their facilities and ensure they are able to be sustainably utilized as compared to their previous state.
