UMN Community-University Health Care Center

The University of Minnesota Community-University Health Care Center (CUHCC) is an important institutional service to the surrounding Cedar-Riverside neighborhood and broader metro area. CUHCC was in need of a services update and cosmetic facelift so to continue serving its clients. Busch was tasked with collaborating with UMN and clinic staff to determine which components of the project were to be completed and to what extent repairs were to be made. Collaborative efforts also involved facilities and maintenance staff to help determine the extent to which their existing HVAC services may be altered, supplemented, and improved. In all, CHUCC facilities are now more secure, more functional, and provide a greater level of comfort and convenience for staff and clientele alike.
